Q: Are you open to the public?
A: No, we are not open to the public. We do require our customers to have a RESALE LICENSE/SELLER’s PERMIT from CA Board of Equalization.
Q: How do I register?
A: You’ll need a copy of your resale license/seller’s permit and a completed CA Resale Certificate/registration form. (You can also fill out one from our sister company, Floral Resources Sacramento). After, you can:
(1) Fax a copy of your seller’s permit/resale license and a copy of a completed CA Resale Certificate/registration form to us at 916-927-9768 (Fax).
(2) You can EMAIL both copies to Kathy B. at email@example.com directly. Any inquiry about your paperwork or registration, please email her.
(3) You can bring in your paperwork and give it to Front Office to register you directly.
Q: What do we do after we register?
A: After registration, you will be able to receive prices for our flowers, plant, organic and others. You can place orders with our sales team and take a tour in our place.
Q: Do you deliver and to where?
A: Yes, we do deliver; however, we only delivery to store front, NO RESIDENTIAL HOMES.

Flora Fresh Inc. will be delivering Floral Resources Sacramento supplies on a daily basis.
Q: What’s the minimum for the delivery and how much is the delivery fee?
A: We do have a $65.00 minimum for delivery and a $10.00 delivery fee. The minimum can be met from both sides (Flora Fresh, Inc. and Floral Resources Sacramento).
Q: How far ahead should I place my order?
A: We recommend at least two weeks ahead because it would give times to our buyers to buy the products. If we cannot obtain, we will let you know, so you’ll have time to find something else to replace it.
Q: What are your hours?
A: Flora Fresh, Inc. is OPEN Monday – Friday, 6:00am – 3:30pm and Saturday, 6:00am – 2:00pm. Flora Fresh, Inc. close for certain holidays : Christmas Day, New Year’s Day, Independence Day, Memorial Day and others.
