We recommend placing your order a week and a half to two weeks before your desired pick up or delivery date in order to ensure prompt, on time delivery. Should you need your order sooner, please contact your sales representative or email sales@florafreshinc.com.
How do I become a customer of Flora Fresh Inc.?
We are a wholesale only company. To become a customer, simply fill out our online registration form on our website. You will need to provide a copy of your business license or seller’s permit. Once you are registered, you can start placing orders with us.
Does Flora Fresh Inc. offer delivery?
Yes, we offer local delivery in the Sacramento area and nationwide shipping through UPS and FedEx. Local delivery is through truck. We currently deliver by truck as far as the greater Reno and Redding areas. Delivery fees may vary depending on the location.
What is your farm direct program?
You may choose to order directly from our partner farms, which can ship your order directly to you via FedEx or UPS.
What are your Dutch Box Lots?
You can order a vast selection of flowers directly from Holland through or Dutch Box Lots program. Your order can either be delivered directly to you via FedEx or UPS, delivered via truck, or offered for pick up at Flora Fresh.
What is your return policy?
We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will do our best to resolve any issues.
